Ever imagined creating a Small Arduino and smaller than your hand? That's exactly what I want to introduce you to. We developed a small Arduino, which is able to control any device and using a few electronic components, to connect it in a protoboard.
The Arduino StandaloneIn another article has already was explained the concept of how it works and what is a standalone Arduino and, through these concepts presented, we decided to develop our own PCB, in order to simplify the assembly of some projects and understand the step by step on how the basic Arduino Standalone circuit works.
As I explained to you, it is essential to develop your standalone Arduino board, so that you have the ability to develop more complex projects based on the basic Arduino Standalone circuitry.
As you can see in Figure 1, all the pins have been added as they exist on the Arduino boards, to make it easier to identify the pins by the user.
The PCB is very simple, and as you can see, there is a connector of 5 pins used to flash the code to the ATMEGA328P on the board. In the board was used a button to reset the application embedded on the microcontroller device and exists a circuit clock in the board
The Production Quality of the Printed Circuit Board of the PCBWayAs you can see in the video, the delivery box is well sealed and with no damage in its structure. All boards, in total 11 printed circuit boards, came wrapped in a bubble wrap at vacuum.
Thus, during the shipping process, there was no friction between the surfaces of the printed circuit boards (PCB's), due to the entire care procedure with the electronic boards.
All the PCBs were designed with metalized holes with excellent quality, we did not find shorting circuit faults between the layers and presented normal operation of our project.
The PCB was designed in a double layer and in Figure 2, you can see that there are not upper and lower layer faults, as well as the varnish and the silkscreen layer, which were produced with better quality with the symbol of the Silícios Lab.
ConclusionWe analyzed the quality of the PCBWay printed circuit board and we can conclude that the circuit board has an excellent quality of production, the service, and support during the purchase were excellent and principally during the registration process on the website.
