Using chatbot to monitor your machines in the factory and able to quickly identify the problem by building a knowledge base on IBM Watson Dialogue and Retrieve and Ranking service. All the sensor data are gather through Intel Edison and send it to Samsung Artik Cloud. Artik Cloud are responsible to store the sensor data for querying data from chatbot and create rules that automatic trigger notification when something goes wrong.
