StealthWave is a precision GPS disruption system designed strictly for RF testing, research, and controlled security applications. It targets the GPS L1 band (1575.42 MHz) using frequency sweeping, making it difficult for receivers to maintain a stable satellite lock. This system will only be tested within a fully enclosed Faraday cage to ensure compliance with U.S. laws and prevent any unintended interference or harm.
At its core, the CVCO55BE-1520-1635 Voltage-Controlled Oscillator (VCO) generates a tunable RF signal, controlled by the MCP4725 DAC to dynamically modulate the VCO’s output frequency. The ATmega microcontroller orchestrates the sweep, allowing precise disruption profiles for testing scenarios.
To enhance effectiveness, the MAX2688 Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) boosts the RF output, ensuring a strong and stable interference signal. The 901-143-3 SMA connector provides a reliable RF interface, allowing external antennas for adjustable range. The system is powered via a USB Type-C connector (632723100011), ensuring efficient power delivery, while the CH340G USB-to-UART IC enables communication and configuration, allowing easy tuning and control.
- StealthWave is housed in a compact, discreet enclosure, making it ideal for portable RF test setups. This device will only be used in a controlled testing environment, strictly within RF-shielded enclosures such as a Faraday cage, ensuring full compliance with regulations and preventing any real-world signal disruption. With efficient frequency control, low power consumption, and precise GPS L1 disruption, StealthWave is a next-generation solution for RF testing and security research while fully adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
