Summer is coming and the temperature is constantly rising. Also, the operating electrical products are easier getting hotter than before. Obviously, the main reason for the Overheating of electrical appliances is the circuit board inside the machine and the heat comes from Various sources which are really a headache problem. So to solve this problem, first, we have to analyze it. Today, I am going to talk about how to analyze this question from different aspects.
We analyze the overheating problem mainly from the two aspects.
1. From the analysis of the heating area, it can be divided into local temperature rise or large area temperature rise
2. From the analysis of heating duration, it can be divided into short-term temperature rise or long-term temperature rise
In the analysis of PCB thermal power consumption, generally from the following aspects to analyze
1. PCB structure(1) the size of the PCB
(2) the PCB material
2. Installation method of PCB(1) installation method (such as vertical installation and horizontal installation)
(2) sealing condition and distance from the machine shell
3. Electrical power consumption(1) power consumption per unit area is analyzed
(2) analyze the power distribution of the PCB circuit board
4. Heat conduction(1) install the radiator
(2) conduction of other structural parts for installation
5. Thermal convection(1) natural convection
(2) forced cooling convection
6. Thermal radiation(1) radiation coefficient of PCB surface
(2) the temperature difference between thePCB and adjacent surface and their absolute temperature
