A portable fan; that you don't even have to hold! This fan is attached to a hat. It's super simple, powered by only a dc motor. The DC jack takes goes to the slide switch. When switched on, voltage passes through. When its off, the circuit is broken. You can use hot glue or any kind of glue to attach it to your hat. You can make your own fan head, but make sure your blades are curved so that maximum air can be blown. I just reused it from some old electronics in my house. I also added a potentiometer to my device, so I can control the speed of the fan. Then glue the battery holder to the top of the hat.

Warning: If your fan head is not securely placed onto the motor, I recommend wearing glasses or sunglasses while using this in case it flies off and hits your eyes.
