Hello everyone this is me Rohan Barnwal welcome back with another project in this article I demonstrate you that how I made my own Sanitizer Dispenser

Reason Behind Making Of This:-

So as we all know that pandemic is spread all over the world and Doctors have said that it is important to sanitize our hand regularly but the sanitizer dispenser available in the market is the manual one in which we have to press the liver and then we get the sanitizer which some how it creates a risk factor as a lot of people press the liver and then they got the sanitizer. that's why I thought that lets make a non contact sanitizer dispenser at cheaper cost so now let see the whole process first of all we have to buy the important things which is listed above

let's talk about the components:-

1. Submersible Motor:- Submersible motor pumps are pumps driven by an asynchronous motor. Their hydraulic components (pump casing, impeller, diffuser element) and motor are flooded by the fluid handled. Submersible motor pumps are installed by being lowered into the pump sump along a guide wire or guide rail arrangement.

2. I.R. Sensor:- An infrared (IR) sensor is an electronic device that measures and detects infrared radiation in its surrounding environment.... IR is invisible to the human eye, as its wavelength is longer than that of visible light (though it is still on the same electromagnetic spectrum).

3. TIP 32C transistor:- The TIP32C is a silicon Epitaxial-base PNP power transistor in Jedec TO-220 plastic package. It is intented for use in medium power linear and switching applications. The complementary NPN type is TIP31C

Now lets see how it works:- So it's working is very simple the IR sensor embedded on it sends the infrared rays and that rays get reflected from our hand whenever we take our hands in front of sensor and the rays that got reflected is get received by the sensor and makes the sensor on and then it sends signal to motor to start rotating.

Here some things you have to keep in mind:-

1. First of all whenever you will do the soldering or using the hot glue gun make sure any elder or any guardian should be with you so that anything goes wrong He/she can handle the situation.

2. While doing the connections make sure nothing goes wrong because in this affair your might be your Sanitizer Dispenser won't work.

Now let's setup all the things:-

1. Make a hole in the cap of the container through which the tube and wire can be easily passed through it.

2. Now setup all the things on the cap of the container and follow the circuit diagram given below.
