One year ago I developed together with PCBWay some Christmas decorations, you can also buy them on the PCBWay gift shop.
The PCB design is really very simple, to get the golden decorations I used the F.Mask/B.Mask layer on kicad, and then the PCBs were manufactured by PCBWay with Surface Finish ENIG. For all other decorations, I used the silkscreen layer.
