HVAC Shutter servo by temperature and raindrops sensors

A small apartment in a tropical coutry that needs HVAC system to be built inside the apartment area. The shutter was built with the linked fins to be attached later on a servo. (photo below).

I didn't want the shutter to be always open due to rain and birds.
