To start off, I designed this ornament in Fusion 360. First, I made a half sphere and then hollowed it out, and cut a few holes into it. I then made the base of the ornament and then the Christmas tree design. I extruded the Christmas tree upwards the beveled off the corners. Then I cut a hole into the base for the button where the Circuit Playground would go. The file can be found here. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1979532. To print it I used PCTPE to produce the clear ornament and T-Glase for the Shiny blue ornament.
Programming:To start the programming off, I had to look up the frequency of the notes so i could plug them into the code. You can find these at the Arduino website below. Then I got the notes from the classic song "Jingle Bells". I then plugged all the notes in and added the delays so the notes wouldn't overlap. For the lights, I alternated the colors green and red, and made them switch every second. The Code can be found here: Here

Instructions:To put it together, simply upload the program to the Circuit Playground, then attach it to the back of the 3D-printed ornament using double sided tape, making sure the hole is lined up with the button. Then attach your LiPo battery to the back of the Circuit Playground using a little bit more tape. Then put it on your tree and admire it. (Don't forget to press the button too).
