• Take any old mobile charger or adapter.
• We only need the enclosure, so the adapter specifications don’t matter.
• Use a screwdriver to carefully open the adapter.
• Remove and discard all internal components.
• Keep the empty enclosure for housing the new theft alarm circuit
• Mark two holes on the adapter’s top case: one for the banana socket and one for the buzzer.
• Use a round mold or marker to ensure accurate hole placement.
• Drill the marked spots carefully.
• Smooth the edges using a file for a clean finish.
• Insert the banana socket into the bottom hole.
• Apply strong adhesive or hot glue around it for a firm hold.
• Ensure it is securely fixed and properly aligned.
• Let the glue dry before proceeding to the next step.
• Take a 5V buzzer and place it into the top hole.
• Apply strong adhesive or hot glue around the buzzer for a secure fit.
• Ensure the buzzer is properly aligned and firmly attached.
• Let the glue dry completely before moving to the next step.
• Take a TTP223 touch sensor module.
• Identify its three pins: GND, VCC, and I/O
• Solder the GND pin of the TTP223 module to one pin of the buzzer.
• Solder the other pin of the buzzer to the I/O (OUT) pin of the TTP223 touch sensor (center pin).
• Ensure a secure solder joint for proper signal transmission.
• Double-check the connections to avoid loose wiring.
• Take two wires: red for positive (VCC) and black for negative (GND).
• Solder the red wire to the VCC pin of the TTP223 touch sensor.
• Solder the black wire to the GND pin of the sensor.
• Scratch off the protective layer on the “Touch” marked area of the TTP223 sensor to expose the copper pad.
• Solder a wire to the exposed touch area.
• Connect the other end of the wire to the banana socket.
