Water Level Indicator With Custom PCB Board

Hello friends welcome back to "Techno-E-solution." In this article I'll show you "How to make a simple water level indicator" using some transistors & LED. I make a custom pcb design to make it easy. Just download the PCB layout file & print on photo paper & use tonner transfer technic to make custom PCB. I use insulated copper wire to detect the water level. Just deep the wire in tank at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% & at the positive wire at the bottom of the tank. So let's make it.

PCB TONNER TRANSFER TECHNIC :-

Follow the following steps to make PCB using "Tonner transfer Technic"

• Take a print on photo paper using tonner powder filled printer.
• Cut PCB of layout size.
• Use Iron to transfer tonner on PCB.
• After tonner transfer successfully.
• take a 2-3 spoon of ferric chloride in water.
• Place PCB in the solution for 5-10 min.
• Clean the PCB with the help of PCB Cleaner.
• Drill the PCB using drill machine.
• Place all components on PCB as shown in 3D PCB layout.
• Solder components on PCB.
• Now your PCB Completed.
