Achieving Energy efficiency using AI

I am from India and very recently in February 2020 we had a bad winter. So my family decided to buy heaters. The heaters ran almost through the day and at the end of the month we generated a huge bill.

Then we realized almost 90% of the time we weren't even using them and the appliances were running continuously.

So, this event inspired me to make an AI based system that would help in energy conservation.
