Bad road tracker

This project is intended to feed road condition feed. There are several use cases of this feed. Counting one or two would be to give alert to adminestrator for need of repair work or to alert other passengers to be slow on these places to be safe.

I live in India and have seen several bad road conditions with numerous potholes appear after heavy rainfalls. And specially when these potholes are fill with rainy water, these bad roads are unpredictable about having such pot holes before driving above it. By having previous passenger drive feedback could help other passengers at a large extent.
