This idea struck in my mind when I received 15 lecture videos from my professor. I was having hard time trying to keep track of all the different tutorial videos that I have been watching at the same. As, I had a lot of free time this summer after coming back from Hunter Engineering(Co-Op), I utilized some of my free time to create something that could help not only me but also people who wants to learn.
Ironically, Udemy,, LinkedIn Learning may have some videos for free, but a good video would cost money. That is fine - we can get some tutorials from other websites. But the problem again would be tracking which video that we watched already.
It is not possible to watch all of the downloaded videos in one day. A little bit of watching every day is good but learners cannot keep track of which video they watched yesterday.
Because of this, the desire of those who want to learn seems to fade away. So, I created an Android app, an app where you can watch all videos while keeping track of videos that you watched already.
In addition to that, this app has built-in YouTube where you can search for anything if you get confused while watching the video. This is an additional feature that I have added because I have seen students/learners deviated from learning when they change the screen/app. So, I tried to keep the user engaged as much as possible within the app so that they can learn without any distractions.
