EEPROMs (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) are often used in many applications to store data. For low-cost purposes, some of APM32 MCUs are not equipped with EEPROM. This application note describes a software solution for substituting an EEPROM by emulating the EEPROM mechanism using the on-chip Flash of APM32 devices.
