Dongshan Nezha STU is a single RISC-V64 core development board with Allwinner D1 chip and 512MB DDR3. It has 1000M Ethernet, USB OTG, HDMI and 40 pins SODIMM interface. A USB Type-C is used to power and debug the board. The storage is Micro SD card, the option is 2Gbit serial NAND flash.
