Homemade UV-exposure unit to expose the PCB for solder mask

I have been working on various electronics projects.

while developing PCB I always use only etched copper clad as the final PCB. Or paint it.

Never use a solder mask. I always think it requires special UV machines and it's so costly.

I want some cost-effective solution for this.
