Simple Room Monitoring Project Using Raspberry Pi + Cayenne

We held our bi-monthly IoT build night with Hexlab Makerspace, myDevices Cayenne, and Hackster.io. We created a simple room monitoring solution using the Raspberry Pi to monitor various aspects of the home: temperature, luminosity, pressure, motion. And of course some LED's and buzzers.

• Raspberry Pi

• BMP180 temperature & pressure sensor

• TSL2561 luminosity sensor

• Digital Motion Sensor

• Buzzer

• LED’s & resistors

***Benny will be bringing several kits that attendees can use. If you have your own Raspberry Pi or sensors, feel free to bring them. Pizza and drinks too!
