IntroductionThe scaping from reality is that we all human need sometime but some of people who need it more than us. The people who suffer unable to move as they wish desperately need some sort of alternative reality to be come someone who can do so. The Gaming is the most innovative way to achieve this but how the people with disabilities (specially unable to move) can over come this. USE YOUR EYES.....
The controllers always need human motor functions to operate (finger movements). This is the biggest hurdle for the most of the disabled people. So why can we use our eyes to control (or operate) the game. The eyes are the utmost important sensor to play (watch) the game. I am going the build a game controller which uses eye movement to operate the game without using hand-control gaming controller.
This is AI driven solution, I am planning to use Google Coral Dev Board Micro and it's built-in camera which capture user's eye movement to operate the game. Eg:. If the user turn his eye to left-side, the character he is plying in the game turn lift and move. To stop the movement of the character blink twice. Likewise I can introduce several eye movements to control the game. This will save lot of energy and user never get fatigue easily. The AI model will training with pre-recorded game players eye movements and easily deploy on Google Coral Dev Board Micro for inference. The dev can be used for both training data collection and inference.
