The intent of this project is to ease the customer experience for front desk operations. Typically, customer experiences for front desk help are frustrating and requires time and patience to reach a human for interaction. By utilizing generative AI to respond to customer with pleasing and patient chat and voice we expect to lessen the frustration that is typically experienced by the front desk as well as customers. Instead of being placed on hold waiting for a person to pick up on either chat or voice, we expect to respond within significantly reduced time frames. Typical front desk operations include scheduling appointments requesting information about business or contacting specific people at the business. The flow of business process involving front desk will be seamless to the back-end business operations.
