HomeController

HomeController is my home automation system. It monitors several sensors throughout my house and displays them in a web interface. The remote sensors are equipped with an arduino and an RF transceiver (NRF24L01). The “wireless” network of sensors is based on a star – topology. So it’s capable of routing messages through the complete network. Until it reaches the gateway / controller. The UDOO acts as the controller and is responsible of storing the routing tables, device IDs. As the controller, it’s also responsible of displaying the data in a web interface based on NodeJS. The database part is a MongoDB – Redis combination.
