Over 5% of the world suffers from disabling hearing loss. What if a device existed that could provide support by notifying them of surrounding sounds and dangers. A sound would be converted to electricity and a circular led array would light up selectively to point towards to the origin of the sound. In addition, a buzzer can notify of the occurence of the sound. Finally, a later addition could be the incorporation of a single board computer where an algorithm can analyze the sound through the utilization of machine learning and provide identification of the sound.
