Hi there! Here's an app that notifies your TOQ watch as you walk onto sproul, allowing you to see the card with an FSM movement pioneer and also letting you draw a picture and upload it to flickr! Pretty awesome!
As you can see below, you can choose between 3 brush sizes by clicking the brush button, you can erase with the erase button, and save, select a file for upload, and upload to flickr all right here! Check out the 12 pretty colors! Courtesy of this awesome tut: http://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/android-sdk-create-a-drawing-app-interface-creation--mobile-19021
Here is my high level solution to this problem. I began with a location listener that sends a notification when I am within 50 meters of Sproul. I set a listener on the event of opening any FSM Pioneer card, which switches the phone app to a drawing view. From there, I can save the image, then select and upload it by switching to the FlickrjActivity. After this activity is done with the upload, the phone app then updates the cards such that my drawing is pushed onto a card and FlickrjActivity gets another picture with the cs160fsm tag and pushes that as well. That's it!
Above is the Drawing view of the application!
Above are the smart watch faces, featuring the automatically updated views of your drawing and a classmate's along with the FSM pioneers' cards and an example of one.
Then, here's a video showing you all the interactions :)
