Arduino Uno ZIF socket converted
Are you one of those developers that like to turn your Arduino projects into standalone application?
There is a shield for programming standalone ATmega328 chips with the Arduino ISP sketch.
But do you want to do it even simpler?
Buy a 28 pin DIP ZIF socket.
Pull the original chip out from the Arduino board.
Insert the ZIF socket on the Arduino board.
Put the original chip into the ZIF socket.
Now you can develop your application on the Arduino board as usual.
When its running as expected just open the ZIF socket and move your application chip to the target board.
Just buy a new optiboot/adaboot loaded chip and your Arduino board is ready for the next dazzling project.
