In general, in making tempeh, tempe producers still use the manual method. In cold weather, tempeh is usually covered with cloth or other coverings so that the tempeh fermentation temperature remains stable so that the tempeh fermentation process can take place normally. But in this way, tempe producers do not know what the temperature and humidity are. So we need a tool that can detect the temperature and humidity in the tempe production room. Observation Methods Interview Method Literature Study uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) analysis method to obtain good research results and is safe to use. The SDLC analysis method, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance, makes monitoring the temperature and humidity of the tempeh production room better and maximizes production yields and better quality. reading temperature data, temperature and humidity levels in the tempeh room using the DHT11 sensor. With the temperature and humidity monitoring system in the tempe production room, it is hoped that tempe production will have a better and better product than the previous production. With the monitoring that I designed, it is hoped that the tempe production will be more and of good quality than the previous tempe production.
