Lego Technic Based CUBLI

One of the difficult challenges is to use as few parts of Lego Technic as possible to construct the CUBLI 'like' frame and rely on the strength of the Lego pegs to fix multiple parts. The Lego Technic provides motors with adequate torque, but not suitable reaction wheels with enough inertia. There is still a possibility of including the Lego Mindstorms parts, including motors, for the future Lego-based CUBLI.
