This is a tutorial on how to make a QWERTY MIDI Keyboard patch in Pure Data. You can then use your computer's keyboard to play notes, change velocity, change octave, change panning, change volume, and even use sustain. Using a virtual MIDI cable software, like Loop MIDI (in the video), you can control virtual instruments in DAW software using this patch. You can also use it to control any external MIDI device.
