The project is about using a membership system to make customers more loyal to the store. We decided to make this project because on average, loyal customers return to brands and spend 31% more than new customers. 46% of loyal customers are also likely to keep purchasing from a brand after a negative experience. Even a 5% increase in customer retention results in a 25% increase in profit. Thus, this product from our project was made to help make customers more loyal to the store with the use of a rewards system that offers discounts that cater to the customers needs and interests
We will accomplish this by having RFID sensors that can scan and capture the details of the items being purchased. We will then store this data online in EzData and this data will then be used to offer discounts that cater to the member. The various discount that cater to the customer will hopefully make them more loyal
