I built this On Air sign to help let my family know when pants are required to enter the room. I made the CNC out of walnut and maple. I cut the sign part on my CNC and put white acrylic behind it to defuse the RGB LEDs.
I can turn the sign on or off via voice commands to Amazon Alexa. And finally last week I figured out a way to automatically turn on it by writing a C# app to detect a Zoom, WebEx, or MS Teams Meeting by monitoring UDP.
