The manual for you:

1) Connect load at OUT+ and OUT- at first. Please note the positive and negative.

2) Connect power supply at IN+ and IN-. Please note the positive and negative.

3) Press the button to switch the display input or output voltage value.

Here is one tip for you:

If a high-power load would be connected, it is recommended that the switch be turned on and then connected to the load because of the large inrush current immediately after power on, it will limit current to self-lock protection.
