Digital Temperature Module 12V DC -50℃ to +110℃

The digital temperature module is functional and useful.

The size is 2.2*1.5*1.2 inches. After setting the mini embedded thermostat, it can be applied to chassis cabinet, pet house temperature control, computer case, refrigerator freezer and more household appliances and Industrial equipment.

Today I would like to talk about how to set it, let's start it.

First, let's know about the the 'key' meanings.

• Set key : Short press to set stop temperature, the screen will flashing and then set value by other two keys; Long press enter into internal menu to set parameter P0-P3. (Long press is for 3 seconds).

• Up key : Increase parameter value or select mode.

• Down key : Decrease parameter value or select mode.

Please note: Press two key ‘Down’ and ‘Up’ at the same time. When display ‘888’ and then display the current temperature. It means restore factory settings successfully.

Here is a wiring picture at the below,

After press the set key, there are 4 modes P0, P1, P2, P3.

P0: Set Work Mode. The parameter should be set at the first time to use. If it will apply to heating, set the parameter to H. If it will apply to Cooling, set the parameter to C. (NOTE :"H"means hot;"C"means cold)

P1: Set Return Temperature. Long Press ‘Set’ key for 3 seconds to enter the menu then select P1. Short press ‘Set’ again to enter the backlash value setting status. The return difference is the difference required when the temperature controller reaches the set value and stops working. For example: If we select Heating mode.Temperature rises to 40℃ to stop heating.Temperature will slowly drop.We have set stop temperature is 35℃. It will reheat when the temperature is lower 35 Celsius. So the Return Temperature is 5℃.

P2: Set Temperature Correction. Long Press ‘Set’ key for 3 seconds to enter the menu then select P2 and short press ‘Set’ again to set value by other two keys. For example:The Temperature Correction need be set to -0.5℃ if measuring temperature is 0.5℃ higher than Actual temperature value. The Temperature Correction need be set to 1℃ if measuring temperature is 1 Celsius lower than Actual temperature value.Measuring temperature ±Temperature Correction =Actual temperature.

P3: Delay Start. Long Press ‘Set’ key for 3 seconds to enter the menu then select P2 and short press ‘Set’ again to set value by other two keys.Delay Start is generally used for compressor refrigeration (such as refrigerator or freezer). Otherwise you don't need to set this parameter. According to the compressor back pressure, the general setting is 3-6 mins.

TIPS: If the working mode and the set stop temperature do not correspond when setting, the indicator light will not light and the load will not work. If this happens, please check p0, p1, p3 and then correct the setting.

Q1: Why it displays ‘LLL’?

Sensor failure, please test the sensor or replace the sensor.

Q2: Why it displays ‘HHH’?

Test temperature exceeds the measurement range, please replace the use of the environment.
