TencentOS-tiny MCUXpresso template for i. MXRT1010

First I installed and tested the version of TencentOS-tiny for RISC-V

I found it simple to use and decided to make a port to run in the MCUXpresso environment. I used as a base an existing port for i.MX RT1052.
