One of the problem with COVID is that someone might look well externally although already testing positively infected, and further infect COVID virus to nearby person unaware (Typhoid Mary Syndrome). This apps will help authorities to keep watch for patients who has already tested positive (that they have to do home quarantine).
This app double use to give an audio cue (and vibration) for normal healthy person anonymously when a COVID suspect / patient is located nearby. One simply need to install the app. Hospitals & Health care can add entries for patients that has tested positive into the database via online url : https://modular-economy.id/en/covid/ and give a mandatory rule for patients to keep their GPS & internet on at all times, and carry their phone beacon with them.
The app will live in the background and periodically check online status, whether the GPS tracking is turned on or off. Once someone break out the regulation by going outside home perimeter, turn off GPS location / data to falsify location, authorities can immediately come and take action. A simple application that will help with social distancing measure, using only our smartphone that everyone use on daily basis.
