Story

A World full of covid-19 pandemic faces many challenges these days and we thought of the project to contribute some easy steps towards it. Hackmed inspired us to think of a project which would help in this medical field, so to reduce some efforts of people facing some symptoms related to any disease we came with the website to provide 3 essential features which would help people to cure safe and securely at home and also in cases of emergencies we provided an ambulance feature.

Online Medicine Guide is a complete medicine inventory management system. This system is web-based which is written in PHP and MYSQL. Continuously, consists of one main component Admin side and user side. The main features of this project are the user will get the see the product list. Inside the product, they can see medicine name, description for that medicine will recover patients. Eventually, they will see the price of medicine. If they want the medicine then they can add to cart. And will also help users to find the nearest pharmacies in their area which will help them save time for finding pharmacies and can be really useful in emergency cases. And users can even find the ambulance with name and region.

We built it with HTML: Page layout and design, CSS: Design, JS: Frontend, PHP: Backend, Bootstrap, JavaScript.

We faced challenges to modify code several times to upgrade it with better features and design.

We are proud to have a website helping many others residing at home and facing some problems related to health.

We learned some more details about the languages we used and the errors we came of, also got a nice experience in web development. We learned how to make our website more interactive by javascript.

We are in to add some features for prescription upload and faster deliveries. Also, we are trying to interact with hospitals nearby to place an appointment right on the website.
