OLED Tetris Earrings

If you need a gift for that special someone — and they happen to love Tetris — a pair of these OLED earrings may be just the thing! The device uses an ATtiny85 chip to show Tetris blocks falling from the top of the screen to the bottom, and features a hook for ear-mounting.

While it looks fun in the video seen here, since it’s powered by a rechargeable coin cell battery, it’s actually quite heavy as far as earrings go.

Nevertheless, the earrings are an impressive piece of hardware hacking, but first improvement listed for version two is to shave off a few of its 9 grams!
