This Smartwatch Brings Atari Classics to Your Wrist

Ever wished you could play retro games like Pong on your wrist? The FMTwo Game team is now making that dream a reality with their new smartwatch, designed specifically for gamers.

The aptly named Gameband features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 2100 processor, along with a 1.6" AMOLED display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and its own Android Marshmallow-based OS.

An upgradable MicroSD drive enables you to enjoy full PC version games using Gameband’s PixelFurnace launch platform (basically like an iTunes for games that you can take with you and plug in anywhere), wirelessly listen to music on audio devices, as well as store and access photos and files.

For its launch, Gameband will come in two co-branded special editions — Atari and Terraria — each pre-loaded with up to 20 mini games including favorites like Asteroids, Breakout and Centipede, andcurrent indie titles.
