Basically, as you shake your wrist because you're excited about something, your watch notifies you and asks you to open your camera to document the thing that excites you. You then see the previous thing that excited someone using #cs160excited else on your watch. Extra features include displaying your Twitter name and profile, along with the most recent #cs160excited tweet on the mobile.
