    I bought these for small electrical projects around the house and also to repair some USB and charging cables that were poorly insulated and trying to come apart at stress points which is an all too common phenomenon now. I've used them to insulate spliced cables, to insulate around wire nuts/crimped butt connectors and to fix cables and they have worked great for all of those purposes. Thought I might need a heat gun but a standard blow dryer for your hair will work if you let it get hot enough and keep it pretty close to the tubing, only takes a couple minutes. They do exactly what they should and they feel pretty sturdy after heating, also there's a huge variety of sizes.

    You can add adhesive if you like to get them to stick where they're needed but if you have the right size they should stay put without it. I definitely like these way better than messing around with electrical tape when it comes to insulating splices, much easier to use.

    Overall if you've got electrical projects around the house or cables that are coming apart, I'd definitely recommend these.
