This charger supports PD3.0/PD2.0 fast charging protocols and can provide a maximum power of 60W. Due to the numerous private protocols of mobile phone manufacturers, some old models of phones, tablets, and other devices may not be able to achieve fast charging. In such cases, the charger will provide 5V 3A power to recharge your device. (Please check if your phone, tablet, or computer device supports the PD3.0 fast charging protocol before purchasing.)
Please note that high power devices will be charging slower than low power devices , this charger can provide a maximum power of 60W, if you find it charges your device slowly, please check the power of your device.
This product does not come with an USB-C to Lightning cable.
The Nekteck 60W charger does not offer PPS fast charging capability.
Some laptops may not support charging via USB-C due to the absence of a compatible port.
For some specific devices, it's normal to take around 5-10 seconds to finish PD protocol negotiation before starting charge.
The fast-charging feature is available for iPhone 15 / 15 Plus/ 15 Pro / 15 Pro Max.

I have a lenovo thinkpad laptop that charges with a USB C. I had gone through my original lenovo charger, a replacement charger from lenovo, and a replacement lenovo charger from amazon. All of them worked for a while, and then stopped. I decided to try this instead and I have zero regrets! For one, it is so much easier to travel with. I travel about 6 times a year, and I regularly carry my computer back and forth from home to work, and this charger is so much lighter, and only has 1 piece + 1 cord, unlike the lenovo style that had 2 cords. It charges my laptop very quickly and definitely is powerful enough (which I was a little nervous about). And lastly, (knock on wood), it seems quite durable. Long story short, I dropped something on one end of the usb cord and the charging jack bent slightly. Several months later and it still works just fine. Definitely recommend this charger!

This item is highly rated by Wirecutter which after reading the reviews on Amazon, I ordered.

The product arrived the next day and failed within an hour or two. I reached out (by email) based on the card in the box stating what to do if there was a problem. I described the problem (via email - no waiting on hold on the phone) and noted the laptop that I was using it to charge. They responded within hours that my laptop model was known to work with the charger - that I should return the failed unit to Amazon which I did (on Amazon Orders tab I selected the order and selected replace) - received a code. Next day went to UPS store (5 minutes from our house) - returned the failed unit with the barcode on my iPhone, no fuss, no muss. A few days later the replacement charger arrived - for the last three days it has worked perfectly has I have moved around the house and out on the patio.

The unit itself provides 65w is USB certified - is the top choice of wirecutter - and is TINY and featherweight. Much smaller and lighter than the charger than came with the Lenovo laptop. I plan to use this charger for travel and all of the places I use the laptop other than where I have the original charger plugged in. It's a good unit for the price. And I love the idea of charging a laptop by USB C - no more proprietary, heavy, bulky bricks to charge laptop.

The charger works very well for this purpose and seems very well constructed. I love that it comes with a very long usb-c to c cable.

Because the included cable is longer than my samsung smart phone's cable I've been using this charger and cable for my phone as well and it works great. It charges just as fast, if not faster than the original samsung fast charger and is cheaper to boot.

While you are limited to only 1 usb-c port for the plug, for my purposes it has been great!

The wattage you get on this plug is very good especially for the price point and is sufficient enough to charge almost anything I could plug into it. If you need a single port charger with high wattage then this is the way to go, but I would also recommend a similar wattage plug with multiple usb-c ports if you're looking to charge smaller devices like phones and tablets at a similar price point.

I used it to power my portable monitor and my laptop simultaneously, using a second USB 3.2 cable from the portable monitor to my Lenovo laptop computer. The USB 3.2 cable passes power as well as 4K video. Only two cables needed all-in-all. When I use Anker brand charger, my laptop complains about a slow charger, not with is one. It apparently gives enough juice to power my portable monitor and laptop computer. Now, I do not have to carry the heavy power supply that came with my laptop. I do not need an HDMi cable either.
