No documentation, but the pinout is fairly standard. Works well, but requires a hard press to make contact.

These look like every other generic 3x4 membrane keypad out there and out of the box, I they appeared fine. Problem is, one of the two did not function. Some rows/columns made connection, some did not. The second one, well it worked fine for a short while and then it functioned intermittently depending on how the cable was oriented. Basically the connections are not reliable. Being that I had already tossed the packaging, it was a complete waste of money. I subsequently purchased another very similar keypad from another (well known) vendor, which cost about twice as much, and it works flawlessly so far. No issues whatsoever. Are these are factory seconds? Or am I just really unlucky?
