This is a well-made tripod that should last for years to come and at a very reasonable price. Too many tripods like this are made almost entirely of plastic, and they don't tend to last very long. But not this one -- it's mostly metal. It does exactly what I need it to do -- providing more flexibility in the positioning of my webcam for Zoom meetings, etc. But it will also be useful for mounting a camera for taking spontaneous family pictures, taking selfies on family vacations, and maybe even taking pictures of the sky at night. I highly recommend it.

Works well for projector
I bought this to use with a projector. Works well for what I wanted. The height and tilt adjustments made it easy for what I needed. My only complaint is that I wish the base when folded out was larger. The projector I have is a larger, boxy one. Not the mini style. Which make it feel a little unstable unless it's on a solid surface.
