Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I'm using this sensor via ESPHome and Homeassistant. Easy to configure and is working, see pic of output. The values seem too low, at Particulate Matter <2.5µm Concentration': Sending state 0.70000 µg/m³ . But, I do live in Idaho and the air here is super clean, so may be correct. Will update with further measurements made using a lab grade sensor.

I purchased this sensor a long time ago as I wanted to check my air quality in my home. It runs continuously so I was looking for a program that would take readings every 5 minutes and could not find one. There is a program on Github called Dust Viewer that works for this continuous monitoring. Since I could not find the software I put it away for a bit.
Just recently with Oregon having the big fires and bad air I pulled in out and hooked it up. Glad I did! The air quality in the house was bad. Fortunately we have a furnace with a HEPA filter and when we turned it on it IMMEDIATELY started lowering the count of 2.5 sized particles. We also had a humidifier that we taped some filter mask material over and that also did a great job of reducing the levels.
The sensor quickly reacted to the change and with the software I can keep track of what is happening. Seems expensive, but for what it does it is a great item
