    UPDATE FROM ORIGINAL REVIEW:The product maker contacted me to see what they could do to rectify my issue. After emailing with them I changed my review score. Customer service was amazing. They were willing to refund my money or replace the item. However the bottom line is that this charger is meant to charge two devices at the same time. It is not meant to power anything else while charging a device. I had been trying to use a small fan while charging my phone. This charger is not meant for this nor did it function for this. However, it will charge my iPad and my phone at the same time. That’s just not why I purchased it. In the end, it functions as advertised, just not how I wanted to use it. I changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. I was not asked to do this but felt like CS was amazing and willing to make things right.If you need it for its intended purposes, this charger would be great.ORIGINAL REVIEWi purchased this a while back and finally had a need for it. I didn't want to bring a bunch of bricks on a trip so I brought this so i could plug in my phone to charge and use my small personal fan beside my bed. However, if my phone is charging (micro usb), the fan won't work (usb). If the fan is on the phone won't charge. Totally defeats the idea...at least my idea for this charger. I wouldn't purchase again but because I didn't use it when I purchased, I cannot return.

      I purchased these cables in May 2024, and for the first seven months, they performed exceptionally well. They charged my iPad and phone incredibly fast, and I never had any issues with reliability or durability during that time. I was genuinely impressed by their performance and thought they were well worth the investment.
      However, a couple of weeks ago, they started working only sporadically. Now, they’ll charge something once in a while, but most of the time, they don’t work at all—not for my iPad, my phone, or even an Android device or anything else that uses a Type-C connection. It’s been extremely frustrating because I take excellent care of my cords. I’m very particular about ensuring they don’t bend excessively, coil too tightly, or endure unnecessary strain. I’ve owned charging cables that cost half as much and lasted for years, so to have these fail in such a short time is a huge disappointment.
      I really wanted to love these cables, and for the first several months, I did. But with how inconsistent they’ve become despite my careful handling, I can’t recommend them to others. For the price, I expected far better durability and reliability.

      TLDR: Works for the first couple months then they suck!!!
