The product is available on a leasing basis, but not for sale. We are accepting clients such as beta-users and early-adopters with a strong industry background. The GyroPalm OmniBot package is currently produced in low-volume. However, we anticipate higher production volumes in the future. Please schedule a demo with us if you are interested.
In our current version of OmniBot, we are running on an iRobot Roomba 600 series with a Windows tablet and custom framework. We use our custom built secure real-time technologies to send control commands, video, and audio bidirectionally.
No. Although one of the key advantages of the GyroPalm OmniBot is that it can be controlled via wrist gestures, it can optionally be controlled via your web browser. However, the accuracy may vary depending on your mobile device.
The OmniBot supports most 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz WiFi networks. However, if your use case requires a cellular connection, please contact us so we can provide you a customized solution.
You can connect to the OmniBot from a desktop or laptop web browser, such as recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. On mobile devices, you can use Chrome for Android or Safari for iOS.
Yes. All communications to and from the OmniBot are secured by bank-grade SSL encryption. The video connections are secured with WebRTC 256-bit or 128-bit AES peer-to-peer encryption.
The internal rechargeable Lithium Ion battery provides up to 3-4 hours of typical use. The battery can be charger when the user "auto-docks" the OmniBot prior to ending the session.
Currently, we can only ship to U.S. based physical addresses. We cannot ship to mail forwarding addresses or P.O. boxes.
