I stacked a couple of these on top of a Wemo Mini to control a linera actuator based on the A0 analog input, with tje Wemo flashed to Tasmota firmware. The whole contraption stands rather tall, bit it's nice and tidy. It sure would be good to have some screwholes to attached it to the housing though.

mounts perfectly on the D1 headers

These are knock-offs of the V1 Wemos relay shield, not the V2. That means you can't easily change the control pin from D1, which conflicts with the I2C every other Wemos shield uses.

You can work around it by leaving the D1 pin out of the header and wiring a jumper to another pin, but its a lot more hassle than a legitimate Wemos board. (And they're no cheaper.) The only upside of these is that you can get them from Amazon, and Wemos boards aren't available.

I've used these from several sellers and it's always the same story, some work, some kind of work. I'm not new to using arduino, esp or raspberrys with relays but these particular ones seem to randomly not work if you bump them. It's like there isn't a good electrical connection between the esp board and the relays. When they are working, they tend to randomly trigger the relay or the relay will get stuck. I gave up on them and just use the relays on a pcb with screw terminals. They are 10x more reliable.
