The perfect fit. If you are looking for a switch that fits right into a breadboard or protoboard then this is the switch you are looking for. It is slightly flimsy feeling, but nothing to complain about at $0.10 per switch. It wiggles around when in a breadboard if you move the switch without holding the body. When soldered into protoboard it feels very solid and switches easily; it covers 3 holes and only 3 holes, all adjacent holes remain completely clear and are still usable.

These parts were purchased for a project of mine involving creating a circuit that takes an audio signal in and makes LEDs flash to the beat of the music. I was looking for basic parts that were cheap so i could assemble the circuit cheaply for proof of concept. The did the job. These are exactly what they look like, inexpensive electrical components. They are pretty small and you should be gentile with them. These are very small, so just keep that in mind when designing your circuit. But they worked as intended and i have no complaints.

Wow, 50 SPDT switches, work with a breadboard and PC board. On resistance is about 50 milliohms, and should easily do 50v @ 500mA. All of them were good mechanically also. Considering the price: 6 stars !
    • Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2016
These are in almost every way exactly what I expected. The switch mechanism is solid, and they are sturdy enough for multiple insertions and removals. Unfortunately, the pins are too short to reliably stay in a breadboard very well. I don't think this is a problem with the product; I think it is a problem with my expectations. My intended application is breadboard prototyping for now, and I think I will need to find an alternative. When I start soldering these to circuit boards, I am certain I will be very happy with them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Definitiv nichts zu meckern
