    These work really well - used them in an LED driver. Make sure to grab the datasheet online, because the symbol for a mosfet is different from the arrangement of the pins in this package (Gate - Drain - Source).

    Also... If driving LED's, and you place this between ground and the LED... the "source" needs to be connected to GND, and "Drain" needs to go to the led. Doesn't make sense to me, but with mosfets the higher potential needs to be "drain".

    I only tested a few so far but they seem to work and meet specs. They appear to be genuine IR/Infineon parts. On resistance is very low, on the order of 15 milliohms tested at 2.5A and VGS of 10.2V, which is why I chose this device, perfect for LED drive. I knocked two points off (yeah, it is that important) for being packaged in an ordinary (not antistatic) plastic bag which of course is very poor practice for MOS devices.
