Connection is Weak at Times
Sometimes when I plug my device in to the USB port it doesn't detect it as a power source. I have to jiggle it in the connection until my phone or device shows the little lightning bolt. Battery Pack
This worked well for me. It charged my phone in one hour when it was at 5% remaining. I use it about 3 times then I charge it back up. It may charge phone more times than this however I do not want to find out the hard way when I need it and have it dead.
