    These are well made and work well to adapt 1/4" to 3/8" and vice versa. You get 2 in the package. One has a 1/4" threaded post on top with a 3/8" threaded hole at the bottom. The other is the reverse: 3/8" threaded post with a 1/4" threaded hole.
