I have been using this product for a while and I am completely astonished and amazed of the quality of this product. I am not afraid of using this in a forest or off road with my phone there it's extremely secures and manufactured to ensure that the phone will stay in place. It even has a flashlight attachment next to it, and for the price it is a no Brainer on why not to get this item if you bike often. The flashlight holder is a bit tight but it's to ensure the flashlight that it won't slip or fall off. The phone holder also includes a rubber band looking thing(photo attached) it is an extra security to ensure the phone will not fall. Best bike phone holder in the market!

    I bought this because it was recommended by Amazon to go with the Marsee bluetooth speaker (which is definitely five-stars). This really is a phone mount, though, and not for the speaker which is considerably thicker than a smart phone. I am adding my own velcro straps to secure the speaker.

    Also, it would have been nice to receive assembly instructions - all I had to go with was the exploded diagram with no explanations or even parts labels. There is one extra piece that makes no sense and I have no idea what it is for.

    1. The lower part of the "four corner rubber grip" is hard to fish out when you want to install your phone. This is because there are two center holes in the "four corner rubber grip" - if you use lower hole to install it on holder then you barely have enough rubber to fish it out and install.. If you use upper hole then you won't have enough rubber for the upper phone corners
    2. Even with "groove clip" installed, the holder does not have enough grip on handlebar and loses its position quickly. Especially if I you have extra weight like flashlight or if you ride on bumpy roads.
    3. The "flashlight holder" is more of a gimmick because it just adds too much clutter on one side of the handlebar while leaving the other side completely empty. I would have actually preferred regular flashlight holder that I could put on left side of handlebar and phone holder on the right side of the handlebar.

The reason I had to buy three is because two of them came apart while I was transporting my bike on a carrier, so I lost the phone holder part on the road. I had to add a lanyard to it. Other than that, it’s been good.
